At Lawn Edging, we strive to provide our customers with the most convenient and efficient delivery options. We understand that our products can be bulky and heavy, which is why we highly recommend our delivery service. However, we also offer pick-up options for trade customers.
Delivery
Once payment is received, we schedule your delivery within 24 hours. The lead time for orders to be received is typically 3-5 days. We use multiple transport companies to ensure the fastest delivery service. Most companies will charge $100 within Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
Please note that we do not offer a general public pick-up service unless you have a registered business in the landscaping or building trade. Due to the product length, it’s just easier to have the product shipped out to you.
Pick-Up
Pick-up is only available to trade customers. Our pick-up hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 3 pm. We are closed for pick-ups on Saturdays and Sundays.
Delivery Conditions
The delivery site must be safely accessible by forklift with no objects impeding delivery. The surface must be of solid ground to hold the weight of the forklift and load.
The delivery truck must be able to park within 100 meters of the delivery site, and each pallet must be unloaded within 5 minutes. Additional charges of $2.50 per minute apply for any delays.
